Nick Cassavechia
Nick is the founder of Old House Capital and oversees the firm. Prior to starting Old House Capital, Nick was the Chief Operating Officer and Partner at Frontier Equity where he oversaw their investment fund, all acquisition and development initiatives, and asset/portfolio management. Prior to Frontier Equity, Nick work at Quadrant Investment Properties after starting his real estate career at HFF. Nick attended Baylor University where he served as team captain of the baseball team and graduated from the Hankamer School of Business.
